1 Definitions & Introduction
In this document, "ck48", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the ck48.lat website and all related services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ck48 and its members. Accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any service means you have fully accepted these Terms.
2 Age & Eligibility Requirements
To use the ck48 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
All information provided when opening an account must be completely accurate and truthful. ck48 reserves the right to immediately close any account opened with false information, and all funds in that account may be forfeited.
3 Single Account Policy
Each person may open only one account at ck48. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited.
If it is confirmed that someone is operating multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed, bonuses will be cancelled, and if evidence of fraud is found, the account balances will be fully forfeited.

4 Account Security & Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to keep your ck48 account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You bear full responsibility for any activity carried out from your account.
- Do not share your account details with any third party.
- Use a strong and unique password.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
- Always log out after using a public or shared device.
ck48 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from failure to keep account details confidential.
5 Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of operating a safe and transparent platform, ck48 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Identity verification may typically be required in the following cases:
- When making a large withdrawal for the first time.
- If inconsistencies are found in account information.
- When suspicious activity is detected.
- To verify ownership of a payment method.
Failure to respond to an identity verification request may result in the account being temporarily suspended and withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
6 Account Closure & Suspension
ck48 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause in these Terms.
- Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
- Opening an account with false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Suspicious money laundering activity.
Members may also request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, though different rules may apply to any pending bets.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonuses
7 Deposit Policy
The minimum deposit amount at ck48 is ৳200. Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Deposits through any method other than these three are not accepted.
Deposited funds may only be used in the account from which the payment was sent. Using a payment account held in a third party's name is prohibited.
8 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount at ck48 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account. Large withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
- Standard processing time: within 1 hour.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement for that bonus has been completed.
ck48 reserves the right to cancel a withdrawal request and investigate the relevant funds if evidence of fraud or rule violations is found.
9 Welcome Bonus & Promotional Offers
The ck48 welcome bonus is 200% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
Example 2: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳18,000.
A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
- The bonus applies once only — each member will receive a single welcome bonus.
- Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the conditions have been met.
- ck48 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus terms at any time.
- Other promotional offers will have their own terms, which will be communicated separately with each offer.
10 VIP Program
The ck48 VIP program has three tiers. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
Criteria for advancing to a VIP tier are determined based on overall gaming activity. Contact our support team for details on cashback amounts and conditions.
Gameplay & Fair Play
11 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck48 platform:
- Playing games using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools.
- Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical glitches for an advantage.
- Abusing the bonus system or systematic bonus harvesting.
- Fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Selling, transferring, or renting out an account.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant balance may be forfeited.
12 Technical Issues & Disputes
If a game result is unclear due to a technical error, disconnection, or server issue, ck48 may void that round and refund the wagered amount.
Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within seven (7) business days. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.
The result recorded on the game provider's server will be considered final. In the case of display errors or software bugs, the actual wager amount may be refunded instead of the maximum win.
13 Sports Betting Rules
The ck48 sports betting section offers markets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following rules apply to betting:
- Only bets placed before an event begins are accepted; live betting has separate terms.
- If a match is postponed or cancelled, the wagered amount is generally refunded, though separate rules may apply in each case.
- ck48 reserves the right to void bets placed by taking advantage of incorrect odds or obvious system errors.

16 Limitation of Liability
ck48 will not be held liable in the following cases:
- If a game is interrupted due to internet connection issues or device failure.
- If loss occurs due to third-party software or hacking attacks.
- If account security is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
- If service is disrupted due to reasons beyond our control (force majeure).
In any case, ck48's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

17 Right to Amend Terms
ck48 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their account or by email.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.
18 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating to these Terms will first be addressed through direct discussion with the ck48 support team.
